Yes, this is the best way for me to truly understand what it is you want to achieve and decide if we can help you achieve this.

WHAT IS COACHING?

Unlike the stereotypical "tennis coach", coaching is not about instruction or guidance from experience but more about helping you find new ways of thinking to help you solve the challenges you face.  The coach will help the coachee to get to the route cause of their challenge and support them in coming up with the best resolution.

WHAT IS MENTORING?

A mentor is a person who has actual experience and skills developed over time of working in businesses that they will share, support and guide a mentee with.  This is very directive compared to coaching as the mentor will be offering clear plans, ideas and solutions that have worked for them in their professional business life.
