Having qualified as a management coach and mentor in 2008, it has fundamentally changed the way I work with people. I still work in the corporate world today and use my coaching and mentoring skills to help people wanting to develop and grow, as well as those that find themselves stuck and in need of inspiration and guidance to take the next step.
